Our ambition is for you, as a customer, to be satisfied with our collaboration. Please contact us if you feel that we have acted incorrectly, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

First, contact your responsible broker. Often, it is a misunderstanding that can be resolved during the first conversation.

If dissatisfaction persists

If you remain dissatisfied, you can submit your complaint to the complaints officer at Advisera. Complaints must be submitted in writing with relevant documents attached as copies.

It is free of charge to submit a complaint. The matter will be handled with care and responded to in a factual and correct manner.

Complaints will be answered within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If we are unable to respond within fourteen (14) days, we will inform you of the delay, the reason for it, and when you can expect a response.

 

Are we not in agreement?

If you are still not satisfied after we have handled your complaint, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints. You can also obtain free guidance from other agencies.
