Permits and registration

Advisera is licensed by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority to conduct insurance distribution activities. In order to obtain a license to conduct business, Advisera and its brokers must meet a number of requirements set out in the regulations governing the business. These requirements are largely focused on ensuring that brokers and company management have the right training and are otherwise suitable to conduct the business.

In order to operate as an insurance distributor, the insurance distribution company must be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Adviseras insurance distribution companies are registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office for the distribution of property insurance.
