Advisera Care is a mobile insurance for businesses with all-risk coverage for mobile phones. You get a low deductible, no age deductions (no depreciation linked to the age of the phone), and fast, efficient claims settlement.

 

The cover includes common damage events such as drops and liquids, as well as sudden and unforeseen faults that may render the phone unusable, even after the warranty period. The insurance is valid worldwide throughout the entire insurance period.

 

In the event of damage, you will receive the same model and brand, or the closest equivalent specification if it is not available. You report the damage digitally.

 

Please note: The insurance does not cover theft or loss.

If dissatisfaction persists

As a customer, you can proceed and submit your complaint to the complaints manager at Advisera. Complaints must be submitted in writing with relevant documents attached as copies.

Complaints are free of charge, handled with due care, and answered objectively and accurately.

The complaints officer shall respond to complaints within fourteen (14) days of receiving the complaint. If the complaints officer is unable to respond to the complaint within fourteen (14) days, the complaints officer shall inform the complainant of the delay, the reason for it, and when a response is expected to be provided to the complainant.

Are we not in agreement?

If you are still not satisfied after we have dealt with your complaint, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints. It is also possible to obtain free guidance from other authorities.
